RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We will refund items within 7-10 days of your order being delivered, providing it is returned in its original packaging with no signs of use or misuse. Packaging must also be in the condition sold.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale/discounted items or made to order items. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on all types of earrings. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

UK, USA, EUROPE AND REST OF THE WORLD RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS

Please use the contact us form and select Return Enquiry from the drop down menu detailing your request. Make sure to include your order number. We will contact you with returns instructions as soon as possible.

Please ensure that you clearly mark the goods as Returned Goods on any customs or postal forms. All returns must be sent by registered mail. We strongly recommend you use a traceable service in case the parcel gets lost in transit. We will refund the total amount you have paid for the goods except postage and packaging.

Please note that the return process may take up to a week from the day the parcel is received.

In the event that we do not receive your returned item/s, we will ask you to provide the proof of postage receipt. We have the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide this proof of postage.
