      Please ensure that you clearly mark the goods as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. All returns must be sent by registered mail. We will refund the total amount you have paid for the goods except postage and packaging.

      UK Returns

       WHEN WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED ?

      When you receive your dispatch confirmation email from us, it will contain your tracking number. This will let you know that the order has left our warehouse and is on its way. Please note it may take a few hours for any movement to show.

      Yes you can but orders can be delayed while we verify that the shipping address is legitimate. We recommend that you ship to the address the card is issued to to avoid delays.

      We do ship to USA/Canadian PO boxes.

      If you live outside EU and USA, your order may be subject to Customs and import duties. You will be notified by the relevant courier once the goods arrive in your home country.

      Occasionally mistakes do happen and we will look to rectify this as quickly as possible. Please contact the customer service team using the contact us form detailing the issue and we will be in touch. Please include your order number at all times when emailing our customer care team.

      Northskull jewellery is handmade using the finest materials and with the highest level of craftsmanship.

      All of our plated pieces have a solid brass base, as we find it is the best metal to use to ensure day-to-day wear will not affect its look over the time.

      The 18kt. Gold and Rose Gold, Palladium and Gunmetal platings are applied by skilfull artisans and guaranteed to last for years if treated properly.

      All the Crystals are certified Swarovski Crystals: whilst the stones are all natural semi-precious stones sourced from the best suppliers around the world. Each gemstone is bespoke-cut to expose natural variation, making each Northskull piece unique.

      At Northskull we only use genuine  bovine calf, nappa leather and suede from the best Italian tanneries. Our exotic skins such as lizard and python are ethically sourced and Cites certified.

      CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

      Jewellery should be carefully stored. Care should be taken to protect it from knocks, chemicals, perspiration extreme temperatures & sunlight.

      Do not wear jewellery when in the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna/steam room or while bathing or showering.

      Chlorine, detergents, oils & perfumes can all cause tarnishing & damage.

      Avoid direct contact with corrosive agents such as soap, cream, perspiration, water, sun, heat and chemical products to preserve the plating for longer.

      Body lotions & fragrances all contain chemicals which may dull the finish of jewellery.

      Remove jewellery when doing heavy duty tasks.

      Keep jewellery stored in the leather pouch provided when not being worn.

      Gently wipe jewellery with a clean soft cloth after each wear to remove dirt & oils (from skin).

      Thoroughly dry jewellery after exposure to water: moisture can cause tarnishing & may weaken springs, clasps and chains.
